We are now taking orders on-line Our e-commerce site is completely secure and we do not share your information with anyone ever. You also have a choice of sending your order by mail, phoning your order in, or faxing it in using our prepared fax form.
To order by mail, please send a completed form (you can use the fax form), or simply write down what you want with all pertinent information. Our address is:

All orders are shipped by UPS or FedEx ground service. UPS and FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Orders that must be shipped by US Postal Service, or other carrier, will be charged additional handling and may take longer to ship.

Shipping outside the U.S. will be charged according to cost of
shipping. Please write your inquiry to info@chess-shop.com,

Code.
For expedited shipping ( 1, 2, or 3 day) please let us know and we will
charge according to the shippers rate plus a small expedite fee.
Return Policy: We will exchange or replace any set that is found to be
defective, or broken, at no charge to you. Please see shipping documents for
instructions in case of breakage. For all returns, you must call or write for a
Return Authorization Number (RMA) before shipping anything to us. We reserve the
right to charge a 10% restocking fee plus our shipping cost.
